Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, grated cheese, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add water to the mixture and make a thick batter. The batter should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry the pakoras in batches, but don't overcrowd the pan
- Fry the pakoras until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve the cheese pakoras hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
